Per two-gummy serving: 6,000 mcg biotin, 1,200 mcg vitamin A, 30 mg vitamin C, 10 mcg vitamin D, 18 mg vitamin E, 2 mg vitamin B6, 670 mcg DFE folate, 8 mcg vitamin B12, 10 mg pantothenic acid, 80 mcg iodine, 2.7 mg zinc, 25 mg PABA, 12 mg piscine collagen and 2 mg silicon. 15 calories and 4 g of sugar.
Is it vegan?
No. The collagen is piscine, it comes from tilapia, and the formula contains coconut. It is gluten-free. Contains: fish (tilapia), tree nuts (coconut).

When will I see a difference?
Hair grows roughly a centimetre a month, so nothing about a hair supplement is fast. Give it two to three months of daily use before you decide.
